How can you see at night without artificial light? Explore the answers for yourself and your clients with 3 precision processes you can use to: see at night without artificial light, sustain internal states like flow or presence, improve your ability to stay safe in crowds or anywhere you want to improve personal responsiveness and allow internal dialog to quiet. You’ll also experience a Virtual NightWalk - a way to experience NightWalking and peripheral vision from the classroom. NightWalking was developed by “Structure of Delight” author Nelson Zink while he was researching his 12 States of Attention.

to recognize the differences between foveal and peripheral vision (environments, behaviors including eye position, felt state).
some of the working signs of sustained peripheral vision, such as lower center of gravity, absence of internal dialogue, lack of past/future oriented thoughts, etc.
to recognise when another person is foveal vs peripheral
guide others to shift into peripheral using one of three processes.
